We have entered into a new year and I propose a list of must-know brands that I have just discovered.
1. The Jewels Collection of Papiroga:
High accesories for big emotions. 2. Be like you: Accidental Icon
At an age when many people are thinking about retirement, Lyn Slater has launched a whole new career—as a style blogger. At 63, she’s in her third year of blogging, while maintaining a successful full-time career as a professor of law and child welfare at Fordham University.
In the spare time, she’s been taking classes at Fashion Institute of Technology in subjects including jewelry design, social media, styling and branding. She also loves spending with her daughter and granddaughter, and taking advantage of NYC’s many art galleries and museums.
3. BY FAR, a Bulgarian shoe brand founded in 2015.
International shoe brand designed in Australia, handmade in Bulgaria using premium Italian materials. shoes that they would want to wear revisiting classic styles and mixing together modern and vintage. The line presents a range of effortlessly cool and youthful styles all fusing elegance, impeccable style and edge all together.
4. Do Design, concept store.
‘Do’ can be described as a ‘concept store’, located in central Madrid, with a philosophy focused on the creation of a space integrating Art, Fashion, and Design as seen through the same lens. They have an inspirational Instagram account.
